About the Role

Catholic Christian Outreach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Manager to lead the development and growth of our online platform. As a key member of our Formation department, you will be responsible for creating a world-class online system that supports our mission to activate multiplying leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the CCO Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our campus ministry, parish & diocesan clients, and alumni.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement a system that is user-friendly, scalable, and secure.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to share the vision of the Platform and report on progress.
  • Develop a plan for regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the system.
  • Build a new team within the Formation department, including seeking the right people to join your team to continue the work of expanding the Platform and its capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including experience with software integration, project management, and/or web-based learning management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Docs, project management software, and Gmail is an asset.
