About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and management of our online platform. As the Platform Development Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our platform to completion, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are creating the right system to meet the needs of our campus ministry, parish & diocesan clients, and alumni.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to create and launch our online platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the platform meets their needs.
  • Manage and lead a team of developers and designers to create and implement the platform.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including donors, to share the vision and progress of the platform.
  • Develop and implement a plan for regular updates and maintenance to ensure the platform remains optimal and meets the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a team within the Formation department, including seeking and hiring the right talent to continue the work of expanding the platform and its capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, including leading the creative vision, development, and execution of a project plan to achieve deliverable targets.
  • Strong understanding of software integration, project management, and web-based learning management systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Docs, project management software, and Gmail is an asset.
  • Ability to work well in a team or independently, with a strong focus on creativity and execution.
