Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
  • Conduct research to gather factual content and obtain necessary information
  • Prepare high-quality proposals that meet client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Private business or construction company experience
