About the Role

MGA, a leading architecture and design firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development and Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a vital role in supporting our efforts to secure new projects and enhance our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the coordination of proposals, including research, writing, and graphic design, to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and track leads through various channels, including CRM platforms.
  • Proposal Development: Create and lead proposals, working closely with the Principals and Director of Communications to develop a business strategy.
  • Marketing and Communications: Develop and update marketing and sales materials, assist with marketing and communications projects, and contribute to team efforts.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Architecture and/or Interior Design industry.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree coupled with at least 2-3 years in Business Development, Marketing, or a similar capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, including experience with InDesign.
