About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Team Member to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our products to customers and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Culture and Values: Uphold Saje's culture and values, including our commitment to wellness, growth, celebration, greatness, and belonging.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work during peak periods, including holidays and special events.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Wellness Persona: A passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting healthy living.
What We Offer
