Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Storage and Inventory: Place dishes in storage area and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
  • Cash Handling: Take customers' orders and handle cash transactions.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
