* Providing excellent customer service, sharing our products and spreading wellness through the in-store experience
* Generating business results and achieving key KPIs, including revenue and comp growth goals, AVS, IPT, traffic, conversion, and loyalty program growth
* Sharing product knowledge with the team to make intentional recommendations for customers
