About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Tandem Auto Partnership DBA Porsche Centre Richmond. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on high-performance vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex issues with vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and computerized systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
