Job Description

As an EAP Counselor, you'll work with clients presenting with a range of concerns, including mental health symptoms, substance abuse, and relationship issues. You'll use your clinical skills to assess their needs and develop a treatment plan tailored to their requirements.

We're looking for a counsellor who is able to work effectively in a remote environment and communicate empathetically with clients. If you have experience working with diverse populations and are passionate about delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients over the phone, video, chat, or email to provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop a treatment plan tailored to their requirements.
  • Work with clients presenting with mental health symptoms, substance abuse, and relationship issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology.
  • Licensure or clinical certification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
