About the Role

Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving transformative change in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Execution: Assist clients in executing strategies with technology and process improvements.
  2. Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver communications and presentations across various levels of the organization.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships throughout the organization to foster collaboration and support.
  4. Business Case Development: Create and evaluate business cases for a wide variety of initiatives.
  5. Risk and Impact Assessment: Conduct, facilitate, and interpret impact and risk assessments.
  6. Process Improvement: Create flowcharts, diagrams, and analyses to support business processes and initiatives.
  7. Program Evaluation: Evaluate policies, programs, and initiatives using program development methodologies.
  8. Project Management: Manage projects within an organization of comparable size and complexity.
  9. Financial Analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of costs and benefits.
  10. Digital Transformation: Design, develop, and implement digital transformation strategies.
  11. Change Management: Lead the organization through large-scale technology changes.
  12. Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.
  13. Change Implementation: Implement change management strategies to support organizational changes.
  14. Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting and modeling activities.
  15. Government Planning: Engage with government planning and budgeting processes and procedures.
  16. Communication Planning: Develop comprehensive communication plans to support organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  3. Experience: 5 years of experience assisting clients with technology and process strategies.
  4. Senior Management Experience: 5 years of experience at the senior management level or above in a comparable organization.
  5. Communication Experience: 5 years of experience in developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple organizational levels.
  6. Relationship Building Experience: 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization.
  7. Business Case Development Experience: 5 years of experience in creating business cases for various initiatives.
  8. Risk and Impact Assessment Experience: 5 years of experience in conducting, facilitating, and interpreting impact and risk assessments.
  9. Process Improvement Experience: 2 years of experience in creating flowcharts, diagrams, and analyses.
  10. Program Evaluation Experience: 2 years of experience in evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development methodologies.
  11. Project Management Experience: 5 years of experience in managing projects within a comparable organization.
  12. Financial Analysis Experience: 5 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative cost-benefit analysis.
  13. Digital Transformation Experience: 2 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of digital transformation strategies.
  14. Change Management Experience: 5 years of experience in analytical and problem-solving roles.
  15. Change Implementation Experience: 5 years of experience in change management.
  16. Financial Reporting Experience: 5 years of experience in financial reporting and modeling.
  17. Government Planning Experience: 3 years of experience with government planning and budgeting processes.
