Job Description

**Business Transformation Consultant**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at Capleo Global Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning, process optimization, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Migration Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute migration plans, ensuring seamless transition of business processes and systems.
  2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify solutions for business process improvements.
  3. Validation and Quality Assurance: Validate files and data to ensure successful migration and implementation of business process improvements.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: A university degree in business, management, or a related discipline, and four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and experience with business writing, communication, and documentation.
  3. Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders and advising decision-makers on technical options.
  4. Change Management: Experience in leading and supporting change management initiatives, including developing communication plans and executing change management activities.
  5. Information Management: Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, and information management processes.
  6. Business Case Development: Experience in developing business cases for strategic initiatives and projects.
  7. Communication and Presentation: Experience in developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization.
  8. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Experience in using analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Professional Certifications: Active certification in CAPM, PMP, or PgMP, or equivalent, and/or an active CMC designation.
