The Job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill this exciting role. As a Chargé de Recrutement H/F, you will be responsible for:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and professional experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Chargé de Recrutement H/F, you will have:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve recruitment challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.
