Bilingual Crisis Intervention Manager

Position Overview: Donna Cona is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Bilingual Crisis Counsellor Manager to oversee a team of crisis support professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring that individuals in distress receive timely and effective assistance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Crisis Intervention: Engage in crisis intervention activities as necessary, particularly during high-demand periods, to guarantee that clients receive immediate and effective support.
- Quality Control: Assess the quality of crisis intervention services delivered by the team, offering constructive feedback and implementing improvement strategies while maintaining thorough documentation.
- Reporting and Administration: Oversee administrative tasks such as reviewing team attendance and developing statistical reports for stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs for crisis counsellors and facilitate relevant professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
