We're searching for a dedicated individual to join our team as an EHS Administrator. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in promoting a health, safety, and environmental culture within our organization.
">About the Role:- This position is responsible for supporting our Industrial Division in our Cambridge Fabrication Facility.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for operational support and resource for the EHS team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor completion of all project Accident/Incident reports.
- Ensure project safety documentation is uploaded into assigned files.
- Organize and manage statistical reporting processes.
- Maintain corrective action databases and Behavioral Based Observations (BBOs) database.
- Assist EHS personnel in meeting reporting requirements.
Our Expectations:
- You have at least 2 years' experience working in an administrative role in the construction industry (EHS experience is considered an asset).
- You possess safety-related post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
