We're searching for a dedicated individual to join our team as an EHS Administrator. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in promoting a health, safety, and environmental culture within our organization.

">About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for supporting our Industrial Division in our Cambridge Fabrication Facility.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for operational support and resource for the EHS team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor completion of all project Accident/Incident reports.
  • Ensure project safety documentation is uploaded into assigned files.
  • Organize and manage statistical reporting processes.
  • Maintain corrective action databases and Behavioral Based Observations (BBOs) database.
  • Assist EHS personnel in meeting reporting requirements.

Our Expectations:

  • You have at least 2 years' experience working in an administrative role in the construction industry (EHS experience is considered an asset).
  • You possess safety-related post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
