Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in a professional manner that reflects our core values of Ingenuity, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Caring, Accountability, and Collaboration.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and manage challenging worksites effectively.
- Implement site-specific work plans and continually audit their effectiveness against project specifications.
- Provide daily updates on progress to the Project Manager.
- Maintain and update project schedules as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role is required.
- Civil/Environmental Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technologist or Technician Diploma and/or equivalent field experience is an asset.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Environment:
The onsite work environment is outdoors and subject to all weather conditions. Must be willing to travel anywhere in ON. Out of province travel may also be required.
