Job Description

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all site activities on designated projects, ensuring they are completed safely, within schedule, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and manage variability in challenging worksites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Represent Milestone in a professional manner, upholding core values of Ingenuity, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Caring, Accountability, and Collaboration.
  • Safety Management: Communicate effectively with MECI's safety department and disseminate pertinent safety information to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Scope Understanding: Review and understand project scope, control estimates, client contracts, and relevant specifications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; Civil/Environmental Engineering Degree or Diploma an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role; experience in Civil/Environmental industry an asset.

This position requires a team player with strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
