About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Expert to join our eCommerce team at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of product data, ensuring quality control and accuracy, and executing cross-selling tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of product data accuracy and quality management using eCommerce CMS and PIM systems.
  • Optimization of product content, including imagery placement within product details, for enhanced sales performance.
  • Implementation of personalization and ranking strategies utilizing tools like Algolia and Dynamic Yield to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
  • Management of new product launches and discontinued products to maintain a fresh and relevant product offering.
  • Timely updates to reflect ongoing promotions and offers across the website.
  • Product feed management via Feedonomics to Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and 3rd party platforms.
  • Product review management using Bazaarvoice, ensuring effective monitoring, moderation, and utilization of customer feedback.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A university degree in Marketing, finance, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position or in merchandising in a retail environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of ecommerce and related sales, marketing, merchandising, and fulfillment functions.
  • Experience with personalization and product discovery tools such as Algolia and Dynamic Yield is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cross-channel platforms and ability to integrate digital merchandising efforts across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to make decisions based on data to optimize eCommerce performance.
