About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Omnichannel Retail Strategist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national and retailer-specific strategies for online and in-store omnichannel retail programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, activation, media, owned properties, consumer and shopper insights, and global marketing and sales centers of excellence.
  • Lead the development of omnichannel plans, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and retailer requirements.
  • Analyze program efficiency and effectiveness, providing recommendations for future optimizations and focus.
  • Work closely with the consumer and shopper insights team to ensure insights are translated into programs that resonate with consumers and shoppers.
  • Lead project management for all activities related to omnichannel retail, ensuring excellence in execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in shopper and omnichannel functions, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Excellent understanding of media full-funnel activation and its impact on brand perception and conversion.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian retail environment and understanding of what drives conversion at the point of sale.

What We Offer:

Philips offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $77,000 to $121,000, annual incentive bonuses, sales commissions, and long-term incentives.
