Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Retail Strategist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing national and retailer-specific strategies for online and in-store Omnichannel retailer programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national and retailer-specific strategies for online and in-store Omnichannel retailer programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Activation, Media, Owned Properties, Consumer and Shopper Insights, and Global Marketing and Sales Center of Excellence to drive business growth and build tailored partnerships with key retailers.
  • Lead project management for all activities related to Omnichannel and ensure excellence in execution.
  • Analyze programs/plans efficiency and effectiveness, ROI analytics, consumer/shopper engagement, and provide recommendations for future programs optimizations and focus.
  • Closely collaborate with the Consumer and Shopper Insights team to ensure insights are translated into programs that resonate with consumers/shoppers during their buying journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 1 year as a leading online/multi-channel/vertical retailer, including Amazon.
  • At least 2 years of strong experience in shopper/omnichannel functions, including Amazon.
  • Demonstrated understanding of media full-funnel activation and impact of different phases on overall brand perception and conversion.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Canadian retail environment and what drives/triggers conversion at the point of sale (digital and in-store).

  • A competitive salary range of $77,000 to $121,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
