We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with expert advice and guidance
- Work closely with the commercial credit team to assess and manage credit risk, ensuring that our clients' financial needs are met while minimizing risk
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our services and improve client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and actions
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on commercial banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
