About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Software Trainer to join our team in Calgary. As a DTO Trainer, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch training and support to our customers, helping them to maximize the potential of our DMS software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our PBS software and its applications in the automotive industry
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer support and address any software-related issues
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customers receive the latest knowledge and expertise

Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
