Key Responsibilities- Develop Comprehensive Plans: Create detailed plans for design and construction sequencing, ensuring that activities are strategically planned to minimize disruption to existing operations.
- Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with various teams to ensure that activities are coordinated and planned effectively.
- Analyze Project Requirements: Analyze project requirements, logistics, and constraints to optimize construction timelines and resources.
- Optimize Construction Timelines: Use your expertise to optimize construction timelines and resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure Safety and Quality: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and controlled manner, with a focus on quality and compliance with regulations.
- Education: Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in planning and staging for large infrastructure projects, preferably in the railway industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, logistics planning, and resource management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional Development: Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
