Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Schedule Management Leader to join our Infrastructure team in Toronto. As a Director within our Infrastructure business, you will be responsible for developing and growing the scheduling service line, and externally building business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients by delivering successful scheduling commissions
  • Develop, mentor, and recruit staff to continue to grow the team
  • Create new revenue generation by seeking new opportunities through bids and business generation
  • Lead development of service line refinement, including community of practice, standardized process and procedure, corporate governance, and communications

Requirements

  • Recognized degree in engineering or relevant discipline
  • AACE, PMI, or RICS qualifications an asset
  • Significant experience in scheduling for large scale and complex projects and programs; particularly in the aviation and/or rail sectors
  • Experience across complex portfolios and programs beneficial
  • Detailed knowledge of scheduling software including Primavera P6 and Acumen Fuse
  • Proven experience and demonstrated strong people leadership capabilities
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting content to C-suite
  • Experience in senior level strategic positions
