Behavioral Support Specialist

At Inspiretci, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex behaviors and helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain behavioral programs and protocols to promote positive behaviors and skills acquisition.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to residents, focusing on daily living skills, social skills, and personal care.
- Administer medication programs and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Complete daily documentation, including behavioral data, shift summaries, and incident reports.
- College diploma or university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Autism & Behavioral Sciences, Developmental Services, Human Services).
- Energetic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule and demonstrate flexibility.
- Current First-Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Crisis Intervention training and Registered Behavior Technician certification.
