About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Spring Roll Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
Cuisine Specialties

We specialize in Vietnamese cuisine, and we are looking for someone with a passion for this style of cooking.

Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, and we require someone who can work well under pressure to meet the demands of our customers.

Experience

We are looking for someone with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
