Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Bombay Street Tadka. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of ethnic dishes, including South Indian cuisine, to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance on kitchen operations and procedures.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
