Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Saigon Taste. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking complete meals, and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase the flavors and ingredients of Vietnamese cuisine.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality and presentation.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
  • Culture and Diversity: Participate in initiatives that promote cultural awareness and diversity, creating a welcoming work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
