We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Support Associate to join our team at FLYING SNAKES LTD.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution;
  • Train and develop the skills of colleagues to enhance their performance;
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records;
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize productivity;
  • Respond to telephone calls, emails, and other electronic inquiries in a professional manner;
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts;
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed;
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas;
  • Maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information;
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy;
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively;
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
