Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with corporate governance requirements, including reviewing and maintaining minute books, annual filings, and security registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain minute books, annual filings, and security registrations (PPSA) to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Advise on corporate governance requirements and provide guidance to the business on compliance matters.
  • Review, amend, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements and maintain an active directory.
  • Monitor and maintain active and pending litigation, intellectual property portfolio, and PPSA listings.
  • Draft governance policies and communications, as well as resolutions and commercial agreements.
  • Assist in the management of key privacy compliance processes and respond to privacy considerations.
  • Create checklists, templates, and self-help tools for business teams to enable independent execution of tasks and projects.
  • Track pleadings and filings deadlines and assist with the collection and distribution of records and files for litigation.
  • Provide project management oversight for various projects within the Legal Department.

Qualifications: A college or university degree and/or 8+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Law Clerk. A generous salary and benefit package is being offered, including free parking.
