Corporate Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Support Specialist to join our team at EAST WEST AUTO BODY. This is a full-time permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week.
About the Role:- This role will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure they meet our organization's goals.
- You will direct staff, motivate them, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- The ideal candidate will establish and implement policies and procedures, train other workers, and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Coordinate activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Direct staff and motivate them to achieve their best performance.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
- Train other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to keep stakeholders informed.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accuracy.
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage contracts to protect the organization's interests.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt response.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform decision-making.
- Answer electronic enquiries to provide timely support.
- Oversee the preparation of reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints to resolve issues promptly.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to fill vacancies.
- Maintain and manage digital databases to store critical information.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and build strong relationships.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective teamwork.
