Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Support Specialist to join our team at EAST WEST AUTO BODY. This is a full-time permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week.

About the Role:
  • This role will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure they meet our organization's goals.
  • You will direct staff, motivate them, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • The ideal candidate will establish and implement policies and procedures, train other workers, and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  2. Direct staff and motivate them to achieve their best performance.
  3. Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  4. Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  5. Train other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to keep stakeholders informed.
  7. Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  8. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accuracy.
  9. Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  10. Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth communication.
  11. Manage contracts to protect the organization's interests.
  12. Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt response.
  13. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform decision-making.
  14. Answer electronic enquiries to provide timely support.
  15. Oversee the preparation of reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  16. Respond to employee questions and complaints to resolve issues promptly.
  17. Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  18. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to fill vacancies.
  19. Maintain and manage digital databases to store critical information.
  20. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and build strong relationships.
  21. Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  22. Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective teamwork.
