About the Role:

This position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the Creative Arts program at Baycrest. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and experience in the development and implementation of Creative Arts programs for seniors with frailties and mild to moderate cognitive impairment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Creative Arts program that meets the diverse needs of clients.
  2. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to assess new referrals and integrate new clients into the program.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of program attendance, goals, and objectives.
  4. Supervise volunteers and students, providing guidance and support as needed.
