Youth Program Facilitator

The STEM Leaders: Launch Program Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality program experiences to youth participants, while also providing support and guidance to help them achieve their career goals. This position requires a strong understanding of STEM education and career pathways, as well as excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging workshop sessions on STEM topics, including hands-on activities and real-world applications.
- Provide individualized coaching and mentorship to youth participants, helping them to set and achieve career goals.
- Collaborate with program staff and community partners to ensure seamless program delivery and maximum participant engagement.
- Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to ensure diverse participation in the STEM Leaders: Launch program.
