Job Description
Anishinabek Employment & Training Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating business proposals, facilitating new business proposals, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business proposals to assess their viability and recommend suitable financial assistance.
- Foster strong relationships with applicants to promote NADF's offerings and provide expert business advice.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant progress and communicate regularly to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A post-secondary diploma in Business and/or Accounting, with a degree in Business, Accounting, or Administration preferred.
- At least three years' experience in finance or Aboriginal Financial Institutions or similar organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and related products.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Comprehensive understanding of economic sectors and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
