About the Role

We're seeking experienced sales professionals who thrive in structured environments with targets. Our ideal candidate is passionate about building strong client relationships, has a solutions-focused sales strategy, and excels in public speaking and confident communication.

As a Sales & Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging prospects through multitouch approaches while meeting sales/KPI targets
  • Conducting discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Managing pricing discussions, handling objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process
  • Leading qualified software demos with product specialists
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth

You'll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.

About You

To qualify, you'll have proven successful sales experience, worked in some capacity in a B2B environment, and be driven to achieve your goals while caring about helping others succeed. We recognize that the ideal candidate sometimes takes time to build up, but our extensive training program will get you where you need to be.

Continued ambitions to build a career in sales will ensure your success. Fluency in Spanish or French is an asset but not required.
