About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team at WSP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with WSP's quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the land development and municipal engineering industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
