**Job Title:** Operations Manager - Southwest Ontario, Land Development and Municipal Engineering

WSP is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering (LDME) team in Southwest Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Kitchener office, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure long-term success.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the land development and municipal engineering industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
