WSP is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our Land Development team, located at our Kitchener office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of greenfield and infill projects for residential, commercial, retail, and institutional sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in land development.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
