At S.i. Systèmes, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Trenton. As an Intermediate Help Desk Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support for our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience working in a Microsoft environment and hold a Secret Clearance. Bilingual skills (French and English) are considered an asset.

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to workstations, laptops, docking stations, and other computer equipment.
  • Communicating effectively with users to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Providing training and advice to users to ensure optimal computer operation.
  • Setting up and deploying IT equipment for new employees.
  • Managing incoming tickets and addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Supporting hardware moves and relocation projects as required.
