As a Multilingual Technical Support Specialist, you will provide support to customers in both English and French on various technical situations while delivering world-class customer service through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Zendesk platform for new tickets, chats, and customer responses, answering within service level agreement timeframes.
  • Answer and correctly brand inbound phone calls in both languages and provide support within defined guidelines.
  • Provide support in scenarios including license adjustments, order entry with discounts, break/fix support, escalation of issues to vendors, general technical advice, and remote support connection to end users.
  • Accurately document issues in line with service delivery guidelines.
  • Multitask effectively, handling customer interactions on phone and chat simultaneously when needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent bilingual skills in Canadian English and French (Preferred New Brunswick or Quebec French).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong technical background with troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, particularly Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain open availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Salary: $50 per hour
