Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the oil and lubricants industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers
  • Negotiate and renew customer contract agreements to grow revenues
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Communicate and maintain a positive business approach by meeting sales targets
  • Resolve customer challenges and issues to benefit all parties
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territories
  • Implement and promote growth strategies between customers and Environmental 360 Solutions using account retention efforts
Requirements
  • Bilingual in both French and English
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Valid driver's license and clear driver's abstract
  • Oil and lubricants industry experience is an asset
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, selling, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
