Job Title: Lead, Client Support & Grants

Our client, a leading not-for-profit organization in Vancouver, is seeking a highly skilled Lead, Client Support & Grants to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or from the office, depending on your preference.

Job Summary:

The Lead, Client Support & Grants will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for client management, program offerings, grant management workflow, and collaboration with various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and have previous experience in grant or membership management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client management and support
  • Grant management and workflow
  • Liaising with departments and teams
  • Email correspondence and template development
  • Collaboration and coaching across teams
  • Implementing defined goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in grant or membership management (ideally)
  • Previous experience working in an academic environment (advantageous)
  • French bilingual (advantageous)
