Education Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school education is mandatory.
- Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer.
- Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and support personnel.
- Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize store performance.
- Authorize merchandise returns in accordance with store policies.
- Develop and manage employee work schedules.
- Compile and present reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Employment type: Permanent.
- Work language: English.
- Expected working hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
