Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Coast Mental Health. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to our programs and services, IT and Quality Improvement areas, and external relationship development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Provide operational leadership to senior management team and staff, ensuring effective program delivery and service excellence.
  3. Oversee IT and Quality Improvement areas, ensuring the organization's infrastructure supports staff and services effectively and efficiently.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, community members, and other partners.
  5. Lead and implement Quality Improvement plans and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
  6. Prepare and manage annual operational budgets, ensuring financial viability and sustainability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in strategic leadership and program development.
  • Strong operational management skills, with a focus on quality improvement and service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $151,806 - $189,757 - $227,709, and a comprehensive benefits package.
