Energy Systems Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Systems Technician to join our team at Page Property Management.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting during routine systems testing, locating and isolating system problems, cleaning and lubricating machinery and equipment, investigating problems to fix or make minor repair, maintaining daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, monitoring and inspecting plant equipment and systems, operating automated or computerized control systems, performing routine equipment maintenance, and regulating water levels.
Requirements- The ideal candidate will have a College/CEGEP education and 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Stationary Engineer 4th Class.
- Equipment and machinery experience: Alarms, Chillers, Compressors, Cooling towers, Electronic controls, Generators, HVAC, Heat exchangers, High pressure boilers, Pneumatic controlled switchboards, Pumps, Switches, Valves.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
