We are seeking an experienced Energy Systems Specialist to join our team at Page Property Management. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the energy systems in our properties.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent position offering competitive compensation
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
  • Language of work: English

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards)

Key Responsibilities:

Energy Systems Maintenance
  • Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities
  • Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect equipment malfunctioning and to ensure plant systems are operating normally
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
  • Assist in locating and isolating system problems
  • Investigate problems to fix or make minor repair
Communication and Teamwork
  • Regulate water levels
  • Operate automated or computerized control systems
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications and Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in energy systems maintenance
  • Stationary Engineer 4th Class certification
  • Pneumatic controlled switchboards and pumps experience
