Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Specialist to join our team within the Human Resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective training programs to support Team Member development across our company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop interactive learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops (as needed), and instructional materials.
* Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
* Facilitate engaging workshops and learning sessions.
* Manage and update learning content within the Learning Management System.
* Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
* Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance data.

Internal Communications:

* Write and edit announcements, emails, and internal messages to keep Team Members informed and engaged.
* Support the preparation of presentations and talking points for senior leaders.
* Design and format required graphics to support communication initiatives.
* Contribute to crisis communication efforts and major company initiatives as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

* Partner with internal teams to align training programs with business goals.
* Engage with stakeholders to analyze performance data and ensure training solutions drive meaningful outcomes.
* Work with third-party vendors to integrate multimedia content into training programs.
