**About the Opportunity**

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, with a diverse product portfolio that includes electrical products, renewables, and connected network solutions.

As the Commercial Sales Manager for the Ottawa-Westburne territory, you will be responsible for driving consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through effective planning, deployment, and management of the field sales team within the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team to develop sales strategies to improve market share with all commercial product lines.

  • Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Manage and develop the sales and support teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet sales goals.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of five years of experience, including at least three years in a management capacity or a combination.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to travel overnight within the territory and nationally to attend meetings.
