Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at STAR TRANSPORTATION INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative procedures, with a focus on office management, record-keeping, and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Assess the effectiveness of current procedures and establish priorities and deadlines for implementation.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities: Provide policy administration, coordinate office services, manage budgets, and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Prepare Reports and Documents: Type, proofread, and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Provide Customer Service: Schedule appointments, handle customer inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Gather and maintain inventory and filing systems, as well as compile data and statistics as needed.
