Work Order Processing Clerk

At Woodland Manufacturing, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Production Planning team as a Work Order Processing Clerk. This role is responsible for receiving and reviewing work orders, accurately inputting work order information into the system, and coordinating with various departments to relay work order requests and provide updates on status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and reviewing work orders for completeness and accuracy
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting work order information into the system
- Communication: Coordinating with various departments to relay work order requests and provide updates on status
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles, particularly in work order processing or facilities management, is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
