Parts Counter Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Cummings Small Engine Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries
- Manage inventory, including receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts and supplies
- Process sales transactions, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and track work orders, requisition orders, and maintain inventory control systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective inventory management
- 2 years of experience in a retail or warehouse environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Our warehouse is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. As a Parts Counter Clerk, you will be working in a dusty and noisy environment with occasional odors.
